The Friends of the GreenWay relies on membership fees and donations to continue our good work campaigning for the inner-west GreenWay.
Between 2009 and 2012 the GreenWay Urban Sustainability Program (USP) funded education and advocacy projects for the GreenWay. Funding for the GreenWay USP ends in September 2012.
Small individual donations are essential to allow us to continue our campaign for the GreenWay.
We are currently on a donations drive to assist us to fund and erect campaign signs in the GreenWay corridor.
You can also join as a member. As an incorporated association, the Friends requires a certain number of members. Becoming a member means you can choose to take part in our committee meetings and annual general meeting – along with giving you a generally good feeling about your environmental credentials.
Annual membership fees are:
- $5 for those who people self-assess themselves as being on a low-income;
- $10 ordinary individual membership;
- $25 family or household membership
We are currently seeking financial memberships for the financial year 2012-13. If you provide us with money as a member, please email your name, address, phone number to email@example.com
